FirstPrise Partner Portal

The FirstPrise Partner Portal was designed for Independent SAP Consultants and small boutique firms to partner together on a common, web based platform, to be able to Share Revenue, Support Infrastructure, Staffing Requests, and Knowledge Transfer.   We are made up of independent, small boutique, specialty firms working as one entity ‘in the cloud’ in a mutually beneficial, non competitive atmosphere.

 

FirstPrise Customer Support Portal was designed in mind to support SAP customers that are interested in a more efficient method of support both in terms of quality and cost. The service is for companies running SAP in either a Production environment or Implementation environment, that do not necessarily need full time, on-site consulting support in every module, but may need a few hours of SAP expertise every month, and not necessarily on site, or for one particular module.

 

Keep your customers – Consultants like to keep their customers and control the level of service provided to them; with that in mind, the service was designed for you to leverage our portal, while still controlling the level of service you provide to your customers. 

 

 

Services

  • Account & Contact Management: Manage your customers and contacts without concern for unauthorized access to them.
  • Customer Case Management: Grant access to your customers
  • Solutions: You have the ability to create solutions – Consulting tips, how-to’s, whitepapers, etc. The solutions are accessed by customers either browsing according to category, or when they log a case and the solution can be attached. The solutions are for more ‘quick pointers’ rather than thorough, custom solutions. For those, refer to ‘Partner Solutions’
  • Standard Referral
  • Partner Solutions: Partner Solutions are more involved than a common ‘Solution’ described above. They are more involved and may involve custom code or complex instructions, or on site support and ongoing maintenance. Forr those we have created ‘Partner Solutions’ which allows the partner to ‘Market’ their particular solution, attach presentation materials, etc. Partners can have a list price associated to them.
