While traditional staffing firms are more interested in landing a bunch of resumes that may seem to fit your request, we know better. We know that SAP consulting is a highly unregulated industry, where resume fraud is rampant.
Rates often do not reflect the consultant. Many consultants offer low rates with the intention on stretching out the hours.
The margins charged on consultants can be huge. After the number of firms that take their ‘cut’ the cost to you can be 200 or more than the what the consultant is getting, due to outrageous margins at one or more levels.
Our method is simple. We only contract direct with our customers, and we only contract direct with our consultants. No 3rd parties dipping into the margin mix.
All our candidates are screened by Highly qualified consultants. If we don’t know a consultant presented to us, we require at least 2 customer references.
Our SAP production Support Portal - “Helpdesk in the Cloud”
FirstPrise Customer Support Portal was designed in mind to support SAP customers that are interested in a more efficient method of support both in terms of quality and cost. The service is for companies running SAP in either a Production environment or Implementation environment, that do not necessarily need full time, on-site consulting support in every module, but may need a few hours of SAP expertise every month, and not necessarily on site, or for one particular module.
We have designed the site with the following in mind:
- Customers may need more immediate assistance than having to wait for a consultant to show up.
- OSS service can typically reject Customers Messages entered as being ‘Consulting’ questions as opposed to software defects.
- As a customer, you may need 20 hrs a month of SAP support, not always in 1 module, and not always concurrently. You may need a few hours of SD Support 1 day, FI support another day, and MM support another day.
